Appointment Policy

Please call us or use the email appointment form on our website to schedule your pet’s appointment. For new clients, please note we need your pet’s prior medical records at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. We offer drop-off appointments too!

Appointment Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your pet’s appointment, please call us at (239) 466-5555. We would appreciate a 24-hour notice to adjust our schedules accordingly.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your pet’s protection and the protection of other pets, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

Payment Options

We require full payment at the time we render service to your pets. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash, pet insurance, and CareCredit.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help you pay for your pet’s health and wellness over time without having to pay for everything all at once. We encourage our clients to take advantage of CareCredit financing rather than forego treatment when your pet needs it the most. Pet Insurance

We at Indian Creek Pet Hospital know you will do anything for your furry family member, even when unexpected illnesses or injuries occur. But we also know sometimes it can be a financial hardship when those unexpected vet visits come. Because we want all our patients to receive the best possible care, we have partnered with Trupanion, a form of medical insurance designed to help meet those unexpected financial burdens.

Trupanion is an insurance company designed to help with unexpected illness and injury. They do not cover yearly wellness exams, vaccines, yearly wellness blood work, or routine dental care. What they do cover are illnesses and injuries. They will cover up to 90% of hospital costs, such as hospital stays, diagnostic tests, medications, surgeries, and other treatments when your pet is sick or hurt.

Trupanion is a pet insurance company based in Seattle, WA. They have helped take care of pets for over a decade. They love cats and dogs. There are over 200 pets in their office each day. They promise to treat your pets as if they were their own.
