Payment Options
APPOINTMENT POLICY
Please call us or use the email appointment form on our website to schedule your pet’s appointment. For new clients, please note we need your pet’s prior medical records at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. We offer drop-off appointments too!
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your pet’s appointment, please call us at (239) 466-5555. We would appreciate a 24-hour notice to adjust our schedules accordingly.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your pet’s protection and the protection of other pets, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

We require full payment at the time we render service to your pets. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash, pet insurance, and CareCredit.

We encourage our clients to take advantage of CareCredit financing rather than forego treatment when your pet needs it the most. Pet Health Insurance
Pet insurance helps pet families pay for veterinary care. Pet insurance premiums are typically paid on a monthly basis and can be used to help offset some of your pet’s treatment costs. These are reimbursement plans, and they vary as to what they cover. There are many excellent pet insurance companies, including Trupanion, Nationwide and Pets Best.
